I Get kicked everytime i enter a server

I uninstalled the pc, then installed the soldat game again when i enter Any server i get kicked for BattlEye violation...
i asked my fiend battleye folder and i still get kicked.. i tryed to reinstall the game 5 times and it's still not working
on every server that i enter, i get this message:
"*SERVER* BattlEye Server: Major : Client not Responding
 Major has been kicked for BattlEye violation"

or i get some pop-ups that look like this:

"Access violation at address 00556EAC in module 'Soldat.exe'.
Write of address 00004B74"

i use no hack no cheat nothing ... it's just not working
i hope someone could help me

Install BatteEye,
or read this

Kicked by BattlEye for not responding on clean installs

Can you enter the following in the Windows Explorer address bar: %appdata%
Then delete the Soldat folder over there.

Do a fresh reinstall of Soldat 1.4.2 and DONT apply the 1.4.1 BE update package.

Well I dont know about the BE thing but first change your name cz some server's have a Major kicker
