Proof that I have no life

I has it.

So here I was in the CTF server that, for whatever reason, has no score limit and stayed on Ash the whole time. I entered in with my SPAS and started doing a little pussy camping and such, for maybe 50 points. After that I spent most of my time running back and forth with my M79 (I never use the bloody thing, but it turns out I was actually quite good with it), capping flags and basically obliderating anyone who stepped in my way. I ended up having to switch teams about three times, and each time I did my team eventually came back otu on top, despite the fact that I had previously gotten like a 10 point lead or so. This tells me that I was basically the only one in the server of much skill, and is supported by the fact that I never used m79 before. And I'm really not even that good.

So anyway I did this for a good 850 points or so, and then I started noticing that I was getting my ass beat to the extent that I was hardly breaking even any more. There was this little dude that had the exact same clothes, accesories, and hairstyle that I did, and he kept popping up unwanted with HIS m79 and breaking me in half. I kept trying to whup some more ass, and I eventually learned how to get the better of him, but then this guy with a barret, and I would freaking swear an aimbot, kept jumping up right as I got to their base and blasting me. And he did this about 20 times throughout the night. Of course, I dealt with it in silence since everyone gets lucky, but I mean cmon, he was in the air, moving, and still managed to get me with a barret when I was at least the whole base length away, every time.

I grabbed an AUGie and got to work. Still barely managed to break even with my spray rushing, and was getting many less caps and my team was falling behind. This took a turning point for the worse when some little meanie (  ) kept waiting right by the tunnel opening in alpha team and would pop up anytime someone went over. He got me almost every time, and I didn't cap for a good while. I decided, time to get rid of this bugger.

I got my m79 again and kicked his ass a couple times and got my caps. I did this for a good 100 points or so, getting up to around 950. I then decided, hey, I had my fun, and now it's time to SERIOUSLY open up some whoop-ass. I opted to pull out my secret weapon, and use the very tactic I pioneered in Ash and still kick the msot ass at.

I got my barret and sat in my corner and sniped their respective asses over and over and over again, until I got myself to 998 kills. I decided to get to 999 and record myself getting to 1000, but alas and alack, I threw a grenade and got myself a nice little triple kill. Lucky fuckin' me =p

HA! Thanks a lot man, of course! In all honesty though, I've had the game for probably six months and have been VERY on-off with it. I come and go from the forums when I am active and inactive in the game respectively, and as you miht be able to tell from my lack of any recent activity, I only just now started playing it again for approximately the fifth time.

So yeah, thanks for the compliment, but in all honesty my all-nighter 1001 points was a result of my not having anthing important to wake up to the next day, which can roughly translate into me not having a life =p I was using it jokingly, but of course all sarcasm has application and resource.

Yeah man, I hear you there, especially Ash. Such an overrated and overplayed map. I only did it once, though, and I actually had fun. It's a unique experience since you get to do a lot of things and tactics you couldn't otherwise do in a 3-5 cap game. To each his own, eh!

I am, ha! 1001 points was a lot of fun to get, and I would like to see if I've broken a record of some sorts =p perhaps maybe someone would best it if I have?

It's about 5 days old today. I'm not registered, but couldn't one simply change their name anytime? Iron Man is a pretty common name.

It's just my opinion. People think it's better than it actually is and they play it a lot more than other maps.

I remember I played in a similar server but it was DM not ctf. Had no kill limit...I left after reaching 100 though, 1k is hardcore.

I think I know which server this was - there's at least one CTF server I can reach that has a 1000 minute time limit or something like that.  How long were you actually playing to get such an obscene score?
