Author Topic: Show Capture on "Kill Chart" (Read 3281 times)

One thing that might enhance CTF, Capture and Hold, and Rambomatch game types, would be if captures registered in the "kill chart" portion of the screen.

That way you can tell who captured the flag rather than just "Bravo Team Scores". It would help identify who saved the day, won the match, or who is MVP on your or the other team.

It's been suggested a million times, and I've supported it just as many. It's such an obvious idea, and I have no idea why it wasn't implemented allready.

I don't get it. You want it in the kill thing to the right when you can see who scored/captured/returned in the chat.

From what I understood, he's asking that the killscore and the capscore be kept seperate. As it is now, if a person has 25+ kills it's impossible to tell wether that guy actually killed that amount of people or if he scored.

If there are 5 players on each team and everyone has an avarage score of 30 kills, it's quite hard to tell. Unless there's 5 caps, naturally..

Generally it's just a apin not knowing if it's capturepoints or killpoints.

He wants captures displayed in the kill console. I say this would be a really simple and useful feature that would enrich soldats gameplay <3

It probably hasn't been implemented because it isn't really a "must-have" feature. And MM finds it a waste of coding time. Do you really need to know who has capped that much and who hasn't? As long as your team is winning, that's all that matters.

This is so obvious, it sould definately be implemented.

There should also be another column in the "Scoreboard" at the end of each round that displays the number of flags returned.

This reminds me, when playing HTF the person carrying the flag does not get points. This is a bit unfair since the holder is always on the run and keeping the flag safe away from the enemy so he should receive points as well. F12, BTW.
