I'd take brains over skill any day. If you can get someone who can keep a clan together and actually lead them, even if they don't have the best clicking finger, I'd go for it. There's a reason why the war planners sit thousands of kilometers from the real action.

Ok.... no! He hates you because of what you posted about him on Re forums.
He's working on being a little nicer to some, since I talk to him daily and I told him he should be nicer.
I like the idea of him being good, because he gives people tryouts, and if he's good, most likely my recriuts will be good.

Me and Kamikaze plan for the clan, and DD is our tech guy basically. I am so lucky to have DD and Kamikaze because not only do they help the clan function in every possible way, but they are great to have around.
Kamikaze gets us clan wars, same with me, but I like to lead the clan into war, to keep a proud record of 7-1-0.
I only want captains for thier skill, since the co leaders and me plan everything else out.

I agree. Even if your members are really good, people won't want to CW cause most people don't like playing against idiots (Not saying anything against your clan, just speaking in general) anyway.

 Nah,Sephi gets warm on you (Like RM said on Xfire) after you get to know him better. You start ignoring his insults and it..well..his babbles grow on you :o) And he's funny most of the time.

Seph is cool, he's only disliked cuz when some1 works him up, he goes spastic XD But otherwise he's a really good guy to talk to. And you dont need to have the conduct of royalty to hold a leader position in a clan, you can have an ego the size of russia and still be a leader.

And also, Jok3r, ur siggy is waaaaaaaay to big :P srry but outcast will eat you if you dont size it down lol k?

And ego's sometimes encouraging to other members,without "some ego" within members,it'll just bleh out,you know? Thats why I think new clans "strive up and down" too soon. People make fun of  them or call them "newbs" and such... and their ego fades and well their clan either partially exsists or falls apart.

On topic, aside form h8, I've never run across and clans I hated. Every clan has the odd reject running around with a tube bigger than his and making a ruckus, but I've never hated All the Members of a clan.
