No. TW is just CtF with special CtF maps on realistic. There's not even really any weapon tweaks. This is coming from a long time TW'er. F11 xD

Although I'm a fan of TW, I'd never want to see it implemented as an official gamemode.  I expect every other TW fan not to see it as well.

As EnEsCe said, its just CTF with some minor changes.

Theres some "Cult" DB servers. I think it faded out cause people stopped making DB maps.

TW is CTF, it won't ever be an "official" game mode because of that. I don't see what popularity has to do with anything.
