With the Barrett, I just shoot randomly in the direction I am facing, and I get some kills this way.

practice advanced meditation techniques to improve your aiming skills with soldat.... sounds like the start of an infomercial.  the simplest and most effective way you can improve your aim is practice, you can breath and smoke all you like, your aim wont get better unless you practice

Some players I know like to smoke one just before clan wars.. It's bad for 'em, but it works.
