DM - Frevo

Hi! This is my last map, I wasn't going to post it here but here it is...

The Carnival is the most popular festival here in Brazil and Frevo is a Brazilian rithym/dance which is very popular on Carnival celebrations, specially in the state of Pernambuco. Last saturday I was bored and without anything to do, so I started to play with polyworks making some typical objects of Carnival, like these umbrellas, with polygons and sceneries.

Well... I decided to pick those objects and create a simple map. I've made it without a previous plan and kinda quickly (it was made in one day).

The map is very colorful, and those objects in the map are popular on Carnival. Frevo is also known as a frenetic dance, so that's the reason why I put these bouncy spots. As you know, the player starts to jump when he stays there and the big jumps makes the matches more funnier according with the map theme.

Well... I think it's all I have to say. Map is waypointed.

You've been around for a while mapping, so I understand why you would be leaving. You've done a lot of pretty great maps. This one looks pretty nice....yada yada....

your final map should be two times better than this- it is true.
It is mostly too sloppy, the mask looks really weird- something is rather bothersome about it. It is not scary nor pleasant at the same time. The number of different colours makes me a bit dizzy and a cock-heavy behemoth. But yeah... meh. Cya.

Interesting concept and theme.  The map is very colorful and really makes it stand out than others.

Sad to hear this is your last map though, you're a great mapper.
