I want to buy a new videocard that is < €150, what's a good card to buy?

You have orange box, go ATI, try 2600 or 2900 or if you are really in to it you could shoot just above your budget and get the  higher end cards.

Generally ATI is cheaper than the equivalent nvidia.

And my current card has shader 2.0 so it won't run a game that needs shader 3.0 ;__;

thats just above minimum 2600 is a step above the recommended.
