kicked by Battleye never stops!

Hi everyone!
i have an annoying problem with soldat.
I installed Solday 1.4.2 from this site.
But when im playing on a server with Batlleye i been kicked every time!
"failed to load Battleye validation.."
now.. im not using any type of hack.. nothing! i just wanna play..

so i have entered here, to thisd forum and i read the sticky topic and many topics too..
i had already tried to remove Soldat folder from the Application Data and reinstall soldat..
and im still getting a kick from Battleye. still with "failed to load Battleye validation.."
in Battleye foldar in the Application Data i have 3 files:
BEClient_x86.dll (84Kb)
BEClient_x86.dll.new (13Kb)
BEServer_x86.dll (84Kb)

i had also tried to delete the BEClient_x86.dll and rename the .new to be without the .new - but
it didnt worked too. soldat couldnt even connect to a server with this .new file with its extenision ".new"

can anyone help me? im so tired of this..

Reinstall, I think you may have just messed up some .dlls. Also BE needs to be updated. Thats why.

i reinstalled so many times..
maybe that was because the Soldat folder was at drive D: and not C: ?
now i uninstalled and reinstalled to drive C:\soldat like the default..

thats can be the promblem you think..?
i havent been kicked yet.. but i played just in 1 server.. maybe it was a server without
a BE.. i will try more servers..
somebody else have a solution?

Update Battleye, I forget where, but do it. Maybe ask $able where it can be done.

BattlEye automatically updates itself in-game.  If you find an update for 1.4.1, don't install it.

When are you disconnected? Immediately or only after a while?

Also, the reason you name here does not exist. Please post exactly what it says. Is it "Failed to update"?

yes. its says "Failed to update".
and its not immediately... its after a while playing..
its something like "*SERVER* UPDATE BATTLEYE : FAILED TO UPDATE
Ranz has kick from the server"

i didnt installed nothing but soldat 1.4.2 again and again and again..
every time i had a kick with this reason - i made an uninstall, delete Soldat folder from App-Data
and install soldat again..
but it doesnt help.. im still getting kicks from BE servers...


can you help me please?

You have a bad internet connection? BE fails to finish the auto-update.

Download the update manually here: http://www.battleye.com/soldat/BEClient_x86.dll and put it into the BE folder in appdata.

maybe thats because im playing, sometine, on far servers.. and the ping is something like 120~100

try making sure Fraps is closed. For some reason now having fraps running in the background crashes soldat and gets you kicked with a battleye violation..

Yes, it will always be updated.

The problem is not related to the connection to the servers you play on though. I see you are in Israel, so maybe the routing from your ISP to the BE Master (in the US) is very bad.

Yea, I suppose... But I've been kicked from servers coz of a Battleye error with FRAPs. Which needs to be fixed...

That's a deliberate kick. FRAPS hooks Direct3D. Don't run FRAPS while playing on a server with BE enabled.

Simply put, it's a program that records what you're playing in any full screened game, so you record those little video clips and you can make a movie out of them like the ones you see in the Soldat Fan Art and Movies section in the forums.
