I've personally given up on the whole dating thing for a while because dating in high school is totally pointless.  It's not like you're going to marry them, it's not like they're your soul mate.  Bah.  If you like a girl, just hangout with her.  Don't bother with the dating bollocks, cause you WILL break up, and it WILL hurt.  Every time.

I have at least 10 girl-friends who would probably date me if I asked, but I don't want to.  And because that "pressure" to do certain things when dating the opposite sex isn't there, (cause you just chill with them) you become much better friends.  You get to know them way better.  It will stop you from thinking dirty horny sex-man thoughts.
