Weapon fire only on crouch/prone

how can I make, for example, minigun fire ONLY when the soldier is ducking or proning (just like LAW)?
can't find it in weapons.ini.

That's right.

The LAW is the only weapon that can't fire whilst stood up.
The Barrett is the only weapon which can zoom in and out.
The Desert Eagles are the only weapons which can fire bullets in tandem.
The knife is the only weapon you can throw that will collide with and damage players.

Et cetera.

Ya... it should. Ini should be more complex (IMO)
But you ever can add startup time :P

There should be a really simple editor instead of the Ini. As we have seen, hundreds of players mod this game, yet it has no simple weapon editor.
