Here's the skinny:

I'd like to pluck/resize a few seconds of a particular video to be made into an avatar.  Which, at this point in time, I don't know how to do.

In particular, I'm looking to snag what what's goin' on from 3:55-4:15 in this video.  Lots of hip shakin' and arm wavin'. 

Anyone up to the challenge?  If not, maybe direct me to the appropriate means to make said avatar?  Doesn't have to meet the rules for this forum, so an animated .gif will do just fine.

You and I are on the same level. If my avatar wasn't so awesome I would do this as well. There are some plug-ins with firefox that will let you download videos from sites like youtube(Or so Flab says) Give me a second and I will try to find it.
