Drag, just go to Profile > Forum Profile Information and then use the I will upload my own picture option.
Also make sure you read the rules about avatars and signatures.

If you want to use this picture go to profile > Forum Profile Information > and then choose to use the I have my own pic option, copy the link from the image to the place where it's suppose to be and then click save.

Edit: It doesn't look that good with transperancy ;__;
