So I was bored and I decided to make a Soldat-ized Mk.38A2 along with ERC-3. Naturally, I pay more attention to gameplay so I think I slopped on the interface gun a bit, but I'm quite happy with the in-game. I still need to refine the ERC-3/Revenant gostek, but at least most of the work has been done courtesy of my HLT mod, which I plan on using as a base for all my future mods anyways.

Its really nice but Looks like a SMG.
If that part at the back of the handle is the magazine, you should make it more visible, with a little bit more clear colours

Finally a thread for Dev mod?

Looks great

I'm not sure about the foregrip/flashguard on the interface... it kind of makes it look like spikes rather than flat plates. I also think the magazine sheath could be lighter like the top of the gun.

Are you making a full mod of this?

Changed the Mk.38A2 to a bit more like what I orignally envisioned it to look like; also brightened up the sheathe a bit. Bottom inset shows the in-game for the Mk.44 UMG.

Also remade the iLRS [for Skykanden's SF mod] so it's slightly bigger. It's a PNG file so you'll need to just save it as a BMP. I know, I love making you guys do extra steps kekekeke^^

So I was bored and decided to make everyone's favorite sniper rifle. I think it turned out pretty well.

You can also see my chainsaw replacement. I know reciprocating saws aren't really deadly but they sure do look cool.

Eh? No, I don't see how it's any longer than it's supposed to be. If anything, I had to shorten the interface gfx instead.

The barrel that connects to the nose of the gun is kind of thin, but that's my only concern, looks good.

Um, Lord Frunk, I'd suggest colouring that gun something other than white-brown. It looks so weird the way you have it...

Make it shiney black like Esp.'s one.

And I havn't seen Esp. on in ages... I want Halo LT mod to be done...

I'll consider that. I was uncomfortable too with how bright it looked at first, but later I kept it, half out of laziness and half out of the fact it kinda resembles a barrel camo wrap [wtf lol].

I'll probably dim the barrel despite my laziness anyway. Thanks Frunk.

leg armor looks dodgy in a kinda un-avoidable way but I dont know how you could fix that really but it's nice overall.

The udo is a messed-up one from HLT and the noga is pretty much the Spartan noga, so you can be sure both will be changed to actually fit with the rest of the gostek next time haha

I really like you gosteks a lot, your atention to detail on such small sizes is amazing. This is one of the reasons why my UT3 mod is on hold. I've failed several times to make it look good. Got any tips how to work?

Sorry for the late reply, but the best I got is 'not really.' With all Soldat in-games just remember to pump up the contrast more than you would for like menu-gfx.

Yeah I never got into Warhammer but as far as I know, that's a chainsword used by the red Space Marine guys.

McCheif can't hit them with the statgun though; they're too close xD

I've set it aside for the time being because the sounds are crappy. Especially the Spartan Laser, which is also currently using a cannibalized Carbine reload sound. I might release it in pieces in the end.

SCAR is the US assault rifle. MOAC is the alien ice shooter. I wasn't really sure what the ice shards looked like. Being on the receiving end of the big alien MOAC the ice looked like solid blue stuff but it's not really like that.
