It is similar to ctf_Maya2, but I don't think it'll play the same. If it is a large map, it has too many open spaces and creates many opportunities for spray.
The first suggestion I can tell you is too add more color to this map. Its empty and dark. If you want to keep it at this tone, then somehow use a lighter color of dark, use scenery amount like in inf_Outpost. As for the gameplay, I suggest you re-level each of the top platforms, so each one is at a different level, like in ctf_Lanyuba (I think that's how you spell it). This will make the route safer, yet harder to travel through and will make players take the other routes. Like in ctf_Run, you'd take the lower route to be safe, but it'll take a while to move to the other-side, this is the same idea. Adjust the lower route and make it in a snake-shape, like the lower route in ctf_Lanyuba when near your base. This is probably my personal preference, but I would stretch the spawn point area wider.
