Help and Support - new board?

Seeing as almost everyone needs Soldat-un-related (usually technical) help/support sometimes, including me, it could be pretty neat if we made a whole new board for these matters in the Misc directory. Right now Lounge receives many threads like this daily - there really aren't any more suitable boards for this. The place would then look a lot better.

There's already more than enough off-topic sections.  This is a Soldat forum, and most of the attention is towards the Lounge anyway.  The Lounge will do fine enough, not necessary to create an entire new board for something else miscellaneous.

Oh well, I wonder why a board for pointless argumenting and flaming is okay when one for support can't be done. The first page of the Lounge has five threads suitable for a support board.

Well, the second page had nine threads. I didn't count questions unrelated to computers or questions about video games, but whatever.

I see what you're going at, Fluffy, but it's not like the lounge is reserved for other matters anyway. I mean, why can't these threads just take place in there as they do now?

Yes, it would be much better for people to get/find helpful topics with a board devoted to that.

If the administrators are willing to remove the Fisting Zone for the Help and Support board instead, I'm 100% up for that.  The Fisting Zone serves no use and asks for spam, this will at least serve a purpose. 

If you're willing to keep it, then I'm against it.  It'll create too many miscellaneous threads and roughly 90% of attention of the forum is towards the Lounge anyway.  It would be pretty pointless and the questions are already answered quite quickly.

The bashpit is a pretty good idea but the posts in it are just not amusing in any way
