In this case, AOL stated that they were intentionally pulling the best from all of their competitors to try to create the best homepage possible.
I honestly don't know why they aren't gnawing at the bits to get in with google.
In all honesty, I've never known a single person who uses AOL. As an ISP or email provider. I honestly thought they'd have given up all together by now.
