soldat.pl/forums.soldat.pl downtime tonight

I got this e-mail from my host.  The forums will be down for most or all of the time specified below.  This will also affect the Soldat lobby server and most services and websites hosted by U13/Puttynuts.

  Dear Customer,

 

A scheduled maintenance will be performed on 3/17/2008, between the hours of 11:00 PM CDT [3/17] to 6:00 AM CDT [3/18].

You may experience an interruption of services hosted with us between the above time frame .

 

Our Network Team will be monitoring this activity to ensure necessary downtime is kept to a minimum while the maintenance is completed. All emails of hosted Regular/Exchange Users  will be picked up by our secondary facility to ensure Zero loss of email. 

Due to the fact that this is something that is done by my host's network provider (the company that owns the datacenter), there is nothing I can do about this.

Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the short notice, I thought it was this weekend so I wasn't rushing to post about it

nope, this is all the detail I got.  I asked my host about it, and they said that the only information they had was that XO Communications was going to be performing network maintenance during this period, nothing more.

Fine with me, my server is usually abandoned during that time anyways so it doesn't really affect me.
