Im actually trying to a put a mexican hat on my Gostek now....

I had a few ideas since I saw the original version of this thread, so I finally sat down for a few hours today and came up with this. It's not Soldatish enough and I couldn't be arsed to draw the gun, also the clothing was slightly influenced by some pictures I found of army uniforms and Solid Snake. I rather like the results of my experimental shading.
