I thought you could ForceWeapon it and having the kicking thing turned off in soldat.ini. Or no?

i suppose he wanted to actually spawn it as an object, which is not possible afaik.
Of course you can ForceWeapon it, but that is just masochism imo

It won't deal the killing blow unless the server is set to Rambo mode though. Which is why you can't.

you can spawn a rambo at a special place on the map with my "Weapon-Spanws - like Ut04"
