When friendly fire is enabled, you can kill your friendlies. If you kill a friend, than the victim is given this menu, and can choose to ignore the TK (teamkill), kill the player, or add a banpoint to the player. If the victim chooses to add a banpoint, then the TKr is given one. After so many ban points, the person is banned from the server.
