Banned names stop being banned

Ok, this is really frustrating. Why, every time I restart my server, do the banned names become unbanned again? I have added them to bannednames.txt over and over and they keep vanishing. I have tried thru ARSSE too.

Soldat itself doesn't support banned names, only ARSSE does. Soldat doesn't use a file named bannednames.txt, the only file Soldat uses is banned.txt, which doesn't support names. ARSSE uses a file named bannames.txt, in its local directory, to store banned names. The only time name bans are enforced is while ARSSE is running.

There's a program n00bface once wrote in Delphi which could be used to ban names and stuff, pretty cool. It was called "Baninator" or something. I don't have the link unfortunately :(
