Core suggestion: console reading?

subject pretty much sums it up. Some information can only be gathered by the console, and would be simpler for scripts to read directly from the console instead of an admin program that is connected to the server by admin and by TCP socket thingy, so it can send the server info about what the console said..

Nope, cant be done sorry. You can code your own work-arounds, like logging console output to a text file under linux and make ya script read from that txt file.
