When trying to post on "Please do all your testing here" section to test my sig size etc, I got a message something like:

"You have already submitted this post."

But I have never posted there before. And when I checked, my thread did not appear.

Is there any reason why this might have happened?

EDIT:
Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I believe this is where to ask for anything related to the forums itself.

I get this crap all the time... and I lose my post completely... and it usually gets me unaware, as I usually ctrl +c just in case.

This happens when you try to reply to a thread after you have opened another thread in a new tab / window. I suggest that right before you click Post you do crtl + a then ctrl + c so if you get this error you can just copy and paste your post back and successfully submit your reply.

Search the forums, there are a number of things that could be causing this.  This has been discussed a number of times before
