I'd say 3 but only if you make the blood look like its flowing from the mouth by making some sligt changes to the shape of the blood each frame.

If you don't feel like changing it just go with the current.

I utterly hate jerkily repeating avatars like 1. 3 is good, because it at least explains the strange ripples in the blood happening in 2.
If you would like, I suggest making the pixels just before a drop settle more and have a lot fly out when a drop hits the rest of the blood beneath. I think it'd look better that way.

I'm drawing all the frames in paint, and I'm animating them with UnFREEz. And they're not based off the selfkill logo, the image is an original work of boredom.

To add to what Vlatava said, this is also pretty basic for paint, because it doesn't use any complex shading. Also, I alway thought you used paint too Vlatava.
