If for some reason you have a grudge against FF, get Opera, or Avant, or Safari or Flock or something. There are a LOT of browsers to choose from.

"i downloaded some Leagal stuff off limewire" Bullpoop, you don't use limewire to download leagal things >_>
Delete what you 'legally' downloaded?
Or try restarting your computer?
Or download spybot search and destroy (it's free!)?

You morons shut the hell up about his browser. Pissing him off when he is asking for taskbar help isn't going to make him change his browser.

1. Uninstall Limewire... its not a safe program.
2. Get Avast and run a boot scan. (Its free, just google it)

If that still doesn't work you can get a log from hijackthis and post it on a techy forum, people can tell you if you have something bad.

If its not a virus then you just have to fiddle around in your properties cause you screwed up your taskbar somehow.

1. Uninstall Limewire... its not a safe program.
The only reason it wouldn't be safe is if you used it to download a malicious program or file. It itself doesn't give you viruses. It's not Kazaa.

2. Get Avast and run a boot scan. (Its free, just google it)

You definitely want to do this. Incase you don't feel like finding it via google, here it is.

My personal opinion would be to back up the files you wish to keep on CD's, Flash Drive, etc and reformat your computer. Reformating means to take your windows CD (if you still have the one that came with your PC, which you should) boot to it, delete your current windows partition(s) and reinstall. Upon doing this, install avast with the link above and get a decent firewall.

As for switching to a browser other than IE, it isn't 100% necessary, but it won't hurt.
There are other worlds than these

(IE is good enough for me)
Firefox is not only easier to navigate, it isn't as stupid as IE can be, it's reliable as.(Not as reliable as safari and such)
You can take that as a suggestion to fix your problem, or you can live with having the problem, don't shove people's good deeds
in their faces, that's just rude...:(

But yeah, Get avast, it works wonders.(Or AVG isn't too bad either.)
Lol, internets.

If you want to download Leagal stuff, I suggest you get a better Leagal program like a Leagal torrent downloader, which is of course Leagal. Old skool Leagal programs like Kazaa, Limewire and DC++ are more likely to give you Leagal viruses. But right now you should Leagally reformat your computer.

After that just get Leagal Azureus and get back to Leagally ware'ing your Leagal movies, porn, music, software and games.

Limewire = viruses. Most P2P programs are like that.
