Soldat "inspired" game on XBox Live?

Saw this game advertised as coming soon for x-box Live:

Game description and screenshots remind me a hell of a lot of Soldat, except with a 3d view of the 2d game field. Microsoft "innovation" at work again?

I dont know if its just me...but I dont think that looks anything like soldat =/ Its kinda the same "idea" but it seems more like Tanks Wars + Liero imo.

In finer detail it isn't much like soldat, the core gameplay may be the same, by core i mean it's 2d and a shooter, but it doesn't have the same look, feel and community as soldat does, So i stand by what i said, it's ALMOST nothing like soldat.
