Soldat "inspired" game on XBox Live?

Saw this game advertised as coming soon for x-box Live:

Game description and screenshots remind me a hell of a lot of Soldat, except with a 3d view of the 2d game field. Microsoft "innovation" at work again?

I dont know if its just me...but I dont think that looks anything like soldat =/ Its kinda the same "idea" but it seems more like Tanks Wars + Liero imo.

It's 2D and a shooter but I don't think it's related to Soldat in any other way.

It's not Soldat, but it's nice to see a similar sort of game on xbox live. I like the 8-bit destructable terrain thing.

All the games which are sideview are inspired by Worms, and all the games with guns are inspired by CS.

In finer detail it isn't much like soldat, the core gameplay may be the same, by core i mean it's 2d and a shooter, but it doesn't have the same look, feel and community as soldat does, So i stand by what i said, it's ALMOST nothing like soldat.
