yeah, my computer is suddenly screwed up.... and my Direct X8 is gone.
i can't run soldat if i don't have Direct X8 or above.
which website should i go and redownload Direct X8 or above?

Yeah, it's driver-dependent though. So I can run it on a DX7 card so long as I use DX8 or higher drivers.

not under XP.

DX10 you cant get under XP...  I have DX9 on my XP computer.... you just need a DX9 graphics card dont you?  which im pretty sure they all are...

Soldat uses the default Direct X that comes with XP SP1, which is DirextX 8.1.
Download yourself the LATEST Direct X availible for Windows XP (9.0c).
