 I always get this MSG after 2-3 minutes of playung the game ?//
What i need to do ?

Play in servers where your ping isn't sky high?
What kind of connection do you have, where do you live, and in what servers do you play? Generally speaking, just pick a server with a reasonably low ping in the lobby list and get playin'.

Play on servers with a "Green" Indicator in the available server list.  Also, having a fairly old computer like with Pentium II specs can effect your ping.  You can't really do anything about this besides setting everything in the Setup to minimal/low quality.
