ping ???

in the lobby server when I first go in the pings are normal numbers but then I enter then leave a game all of the pings turn to ??? and I cant join the games. I tryed clicking ping all but it doesnt do anything. PLEASE HELP!

Hmmmm... I cant seem to join the servers when I can see the ping either and no the pings stay as ??? when I refresh the list.
