Should points be deducted for killing a team mate or commiting suicide?
or do they get deducting because im not paying attention?

They are currently not deducted, and they'd better not ever be. Most TKs (at least, that I have seen) as well as suicides are unintentional.

Though i've seen many more purpouseful than accidental, I still don't think your score should be subtracted either.
