I saw a commercial for Apple Jacks like this a couple of years ago, when they put in the green rings in the cereal. It was a 30 second spot, and the first 10 seconds had a pinkish ring on a white background. You were told to keep looking at it, then it removed the ring and there would be a green ring left over from your mind. It was crazy.

Sotija, stare at the center of the picture for about 10 seconds, then close your eyes, looks somewhere else, and open your eyes. Michal Marcinkowski's face should appear on whatever you're looking at. It might help to rapidly blink, too.

I closed my eyes but then everything went dark and I couldnt see anything. then I opened my eyes and there was this face of michal, but with a halo, and it was all scary cause no matter where I looked he wou;dnt go away!
