It would help if you gave a little bit more information, i.e. do you know what format it is on the site? how have you tried getting it? and if you give a link to where the picture is we could get it for you.

If it's bigger than 90x90 px then the forum automatically scales it to that size. If it's an animated avatar then it'll take the first frame.

before you upload it, resize it down to at most 90*90. or just post it in this thread so one of us can do it.

Upload it to an image hosting website, make sure the filesize is within the restriction, link it.

Soz for the limited information, its a .gif and it is animated, less than 90x90 cuz it saved it as my avvy, but it didnt like move, it just took the first frame. heres link:

I guess I didn't make it that clear with my fucked up sentence.
So here it goes: Your image is 100x100 and this forum only allows 90x90 to be the max. If that image is animated and is bigger then 90x90 it will be scaled down by the forum. When the forum re sizes the image it will only take the first frame(image) in the animation.

Unfortunately I don't have a graphics editor ATM so I can't help you. Hopefully someone else can do it.
