It means you're weak that you have to rely on a ruleset that someone else put down. There's nothing technically wrong with copying, but copycats always are a step behind the creators, and you aren't going to stand out if you're a step behind. Just my opinion.

No v0.5 weapons because they are just resized from v0.4.
