Not many decent pubs to play, most of them wouldn't pose any challenge to your skill level... You can put the work into it and get into a decent clan or play gathers, I always thought that was too much work for a good game though :\

With nearly six years of experience, gathers shouldn't be a problem.

Get an IRC client ( mIRC is an okay choice ), and connect to quakenet. Create an AUTH for yourself, and you're ready to go.

If you're american, join #sna.gather, and if you're european, it's #soldat.gather. You'll get used to the rules and how shit goes here pretty fast, just sit back and watch for a while - you can also try to look for my nickname and message me if you need any help.
