Nice job sipar, my vb6 programs (hacks) are always functional..but yours are always more pretty..nice dude..i replicated this..then figured why bother...sipar has it already

So any map you play on, it is automatically the background you specify?

Yes, its achieved through memory hacking the RGB addys for top and bottom of the map..so pretty much..u can make any map any color as background (totally black is helpful for seeing some people)

Well it's more of a tool or trainer, but posting things like this that mess with code usually equal a permaban. But I don't know, a lot of people have visited this and it's not locked or is sinpa banned, sooo... maybe it only barely counts as a tool?

Eitherway the mods musn't of seen it or don't particularly care too much for it.

Wait, are you saying that this thing alters the background of the map that Soldat has cached / loaded into the memory? Doesn't the Soldat manual / license agreement thing state that it's illegal to use programs that modify Soldat's memory or otherwise count as reverse engineering its parts? I'm sure this program at least kind of counts as this.

No he doesnt think hes badass, he merely stated BE doesnt kick you using this tool...such as basic things like xfire (i think) do, he was just telling us it didnt.

Secondly, is this malicious, doesnt seem so to me....you guys should stop worrying about something like this seriously its harmless just adding some visual change to soldat much like when people mod soldat really.

modding soldat and changing the maps' background is not the same.
You can alter the background to make advantage of it against other players, and this is deffinately considered as hack.
By the way this has already been discussed on the forums, a few years ago as far as i can remember.
