If you start running while reloading you start reloading faster.

A simple suggestion - reloading the gun (or MAYBE between bullets in sniper maybe too) while standing still or {{crouchign or proning} and not moving} should be faster than when running/walking.
Yeah, lets give the barret campers more reason to sit there all day long. Definitely not between barret shots please.
You're not gonna stand around trying to reload faster with someone shooting at you, since you'd be better off moving around with the standard reload time.
