Copy n' paste text

I know in 1.5 you will be able to paste text with shift+v  but it would be more useful if you could actually select and copy it aswell, so if somebody wants to send a URL address more easily their friend can simply copy it. 

e.g.

[Major(2)] Hey, I wonder who came up with the idea of Copy 'n' Paste text
[Major(1)]  http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=26759.0
*Major(2) copies and pastes the text in his URL browser and it comes up with this*

If you're gonna have a paste feature, why not a copy feature aswell?  Maybe a hotkey will turn the cursor into a text selecting cursor, then press hotkey again and it will go back to normal gameplay.

But is there a way to copy what we ourselves said earlier?

Like, pressing the UP arrow key will reveal to you the previous message you typed.

Press "//" and it will do that.

Screenshot the game that you saw the link in and retrieve it when the game is over. Easy as cake, no need to use a copy function.
