try doing that in a store: "Hai, I bought this CD, and it said I had rights to own this CD for life time. now I've lost it, can I have a new one?", your bad for losing your reg key.

you should have copied the e-mail, and kept it in your email storage, possibly written it out and put it on a safe place.
sorry if he doesnt keep email records/names from who bought it?  thats my bad as a "lifetime" customer? LOL this is not a store, nor a front, so shutup  i put 3 dif emails and 2 dif names i used during the years i bought it.  i dont see the point of your trolling above, im waiting for pm, and couldnt find his real email to email about this stuff.

I have a stack of e-mails to answer, I've been very busy lately. In the registration e-mail I suggest that you store the key somewhere safe because I don't promise to resend them. I resend lost regs because I'm a nice guy. I'll probably do it in a day or two.
