you know before chakra a butthurt admin replaced it with a picture that i did not want as my avatar because i really liked the old one which i deleted but really want back

i deleted it off my computer years ago because i had it as my avatar because i didn't think anyone [ie.chakra] would change it without my permission

Oh, please...give me a break.

Just make nice with Woo and get it back.  Otherwise learn to keep copies of things you supposedly like so much around instead of deleting them.
