This is more a section for graphical changes, but... WHY? All you changed was 3 things.
Could you include a reason, or something a little more... descriptive to WHY we would use this? Or WHERE?

Yes, you don't just change values from the weapons.ini and post it up as a mod. You need new graphics for the weapon to count it as a mod, since cluster nade weapons are not a new discovery really.

I've said it before, changing one number in configuration file does not constitute as something worth posting about. Let alone making a topic about.
