They told me that I was parking my tank illegally, I mean Jeeze, It's not my fault I couldn't see the old lady and her dog, Anyone who drives a tank knows they have horrible tunnel vision.

But really...
I've been pulled over for a speeding ticket only when i'm late. But when i'm on time or early it's never happened.
But apart from that...

On the discussion of driving, I'm a completely safe guy... I try not to speed, I never drink and drive, I always use my signals even when I realistically don't have to, and give the right of way.

I've never had any interesting police stories... unless you count that CIA bust last week at my grandma's house. She didn't go down without a fight.

Me and my friend went hunting one day and we brought a crap load of guns/knives. We shot a bunch of deers and a few birds. So by the time we carried the deers back to our truck it was already getting dark so we decided to head home. On our way back home the truck started dying before we reached the highway. So we decided to stand outside our truck and try and flag someone down for a ride. To our relief a cop just happened to stop for us. We were so happy that we were able to finally hitch a ride until we realized that we were wearing panty hose (we couldnt afford camo), had a bunch of bloody knives in our pockets, and were drenched in blood. I nudged my friend and whispered to him "lets run dude" and he got scared and said youre moving with your aunte and uncle in bel-air. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the
Licensplate said fresh and had a dice in the mirror
If anything I could say that this cab was rare
But I thought now forget it, yo home to bel-air!

My only run-in with the police was when I was practicing my driving with my mom while I had my instructional permit.  I got pulled over because one of my headlights was out.  I said thank you and all that jazz, then started to head home (I was about 4 blocks away at the time).  After about two more blocks, I get pulled over by a different cop for the same reason.  I showed him the paper from the other officer and he let me go.  It was pretty weak though.  No problems with the law, ever, and then pulled over twice within ten minutes of each other.

HA!  Yes, that's it.  Precisely.  Couldn't have anything to do with my use of common sense and tendencies to keep all things illegal away from the public eye, or the eye of the police for that matter.  Certainly must be the skin color.

I can only imagine why six officers tackled you if you "didn't even do anything wrong".

i cant talk about most the run-ins that i've had with the police(the ones i can remember at least), i admit to nothing...

Though, i have one where my friends and i (about 7-8 of us, all drunk) were running around on the 4th of july throwing firecrackers on people's front porches/houses, inside open windows, on top of cars, in dumpsters, mailboxes, barking dogs, random people and a guy who was sleeping in his tent, basically anything that would piss someone off. Anyways, we did this for about 10 minutes until we ran out of firecrackers, no more than 5 minutes pass and we hear the squeaking of police car brakes, so we all run into this little 'island' place, where its a yard and a house surrounded by 3 streets, its the only secluded house.

So we hid in this guys yard becuase it was dark and lots of bushes and tree's... we all lay down on the ground and the cop stops about 2 houses down from where we were, so everyone starts getting paranoid and were all like "on the count of 3, we all run" "1... 2... dip out..." so everyone runs in 50 different directions, i remember one of them were running (at full speed) and he just suddenly hits the ground, you cant even say he tripped or fell he had no time to even say the word, he just hits the ground instantly, so were all laughing at him while were running back to our hide-away house. Someone else ran out of his shoes, he loses one and further down the block he loses the other, good times.

no need to get yer knickers in a twist boy

first time i got tackled was because they thought i was a kid running away from a fight on the beach... he ran past me and was wearing the same clothes as me

the next FIVE times was because i had glow in the dark handcuffs hanging from my wrist *apparently*

or you know, maybe it had something to do with my use of common sense and tendencies to keep all things illegal hidden from the public eye or the eye of the police for that matter.

only have a couple of stories about "run ins" with cops
one time got searched by cops when i was walking to the main road to get some pizzas with my mates, apparently we fit the description of two people who had recently robbed a supermarket with a machete or some shit, was complete bullshit and a waste of my time, if we had robbed a store on the main road, why the fuck would we be walking towards it. that whole criminal returns to the scene of the crime is complete bullshit.

Another time, was hanging out with some mates at a hockey pitch at about 12, they were all smoking cones and shit then out of nowhere cops pull up, and someone yells out "COPS" everyone starts piss bolting like crazy. The hockey pitch was like on one side of a river bank so we all ran to the other side and stayed there for a while, while shit died down.

Best run in though was when cops started talking to my mates for no reason and started talking shit to them, pretty much asking them what they had on their record and wouldn't shut the fuck up about how they could all end up in the "big house". We were in a group and while one of the cops (who had red hair) was talking to one my mates, another one just blurts out, out of nowhere to the cop with red hair "I bet you got bullied at school". The cop stops talking turns to my mate and replies "every day of my life". Was way fucken awkward haha.

Compared to some of my friends I have a spotless record, I got a mate that's on a caution for bringing illegal knives into the country and for damaging a basketball court by burning/melting these plastic bins. Another one is on a 12 month good behaviour bond or some shit for g20 protests.

I love hardcore boys its too good to be true

Maybe so, but they'd be foolish to not investigate two people who seemed to match a description and were in the vicinity of the crime area.  What if the perpetrators HAD come back? Should they just say, "Meh, ignore those guys.  If they were the criminals they wouldn't still be around."  THAT would be incompetence.  What happened to you was just the police doing their job.

Talk about missing the obvious, 'eh?  Perhaps if this topic were about friendly encounters with the police involving reporting crimes you'd be on the money.  But seeing as the "context" here is clearly what the police had done to shaft individuals...yea.  Way off there, bud.

One thing that feels great is passing off duty cops in civilian cars. The way we can tell down here are small bumper stickers with a bright blue line. I rocked one about a month ago. He was going the speed limit in a 35 zone so I slowed down then shot past him going about 65. Good times.

Nah, he got back up like nothing happened and kept running.

As far as reporting back to the scene of the crime, haha, it is true, i've done it a couple of times... trick is... act stupid and don't leave any traces... (such as a description)
