It's just a guy holding an AUG (if my eyes are correct). And getting shot by the head hm.......

Not realy eye catching, it's too dark imo.  And the bullet is missing his head.  I'd get rid of the "copyright" in the bottom-right, it makes it look cleaner.

That's a Barrett guy getting shot in the head by a slightly blueish bullet, from the angle, I presume it's probably shot by an Aug. Even though it may look to others that the bullet missed by just a little bit, the blood particles above make it seem more like he had been hit.

The ava is a little dark I agree, and since this looks more like a direct screenshot from Soldat, it doesn't look very attractive.

Not sure you can copyright an avatar that is really just a screenshot of Soldat, a game that is already copyrighted.

I mean, all you did was add a border and plaster the copyright symbol on it

Make the blood coming out the back of his head along with the bullet.  Remove copyright protection, you don't have any rights to it :/  Background is alright but just doesn't fit too well.
