[HELP]High Ping

When i make dedicated server, i try connecting but the ping is 9999. Is there a way to fix it?

That happens to me sometimes too. what usually fixes it is recycling the router settings. To change anything, it's like a webpage. all I have to do is go to the router's IP address, log in, and click "apply" at the bottom of the page, then wait a few seconds and it's fine. You might need to hit the reset button on yours though... and if you have no router, then I have no idea.

Your computer is behind a firewall or router. You need to open your ports.

you have your server at home on a network or you have someone else running a server for you??
If the server is at your home netowrk then try using internal IP rather than joining it from lobby list.
internal ip is usually 192.168.1.1 : <port>
