Disconnected after a minute

Hi,

I've played Soldat a year ago, I downloaded it again but I have a problem:
All the servers ping 9999


When I connect, I can play for about one minute and then I'm disconnected automaticly:


I'm using Vista Home Premium 32 bit..

Probably your firewall. Check your settings and allow soldat to everywhere.

1. Uninstall Soldat
2. Delete any Soldat related files.
3. Reinstall soldat

If it still doesn't work correctly.

Try running a virus scan.

I actually tryed all of that, still not working...

And other games works good for you?, reinstalling can`t help you, it isn`t problem with soldat files, but with your internet connection, some firewall or some s*hit limiting your connection.So shut down all programs what you don`t need like firewalls, anti virus systems, internet limiters etc.

Problem with your ISP. They aren't allowing 1-2 byte packets through. Only way it can be fixed is by changing your ISP. Sorry bud.

Your client is still parsing the servers. It hasn't actually started to "ping" them yet.

Can't be the problem, I actually played this a couple of months ago with the same ISP.

I did contact my ISP though...

Doesn't mean they haven't altered their service. It's either your ISP or some device on your network that isn't allowing the small packets through.

I recieved a message from my provider, they say they're not blocking anything.

It is definately a network issue of yours, something is dropping 1-2byte packets as SpiltCoffee said, and most of the time its the ISP. You can check settings in your Modem/Router, but that would be a pretty silly feature of a Modem/Router.

You should see mine. Drops the connection whenever the session gets refreshed, which happens to be every 12 hours.
