Start a vote-kick against the guy with the bow since he doesn't have the badge.bmp file on and therfore must be hacking.

Mash the jump button and try to escape from the ropes, since the only time you can get caught like that in Soldat is in a polybug, and the best way to escape a polybug is to mash the jump button.

Move your crosshair over rambo to find out his name. Press F1 and look at his standings in the list. If his ping is zero, and he is at the top of the list, he's admin. If he's not at the top, he is a bot. If he's a bot, do not fear, since you don't have a name, he will not hurt you.
