Or run backwards, Jet up, (or jump up if its a non-jet map), And shoot him like crazy with the steyr.

2 suggestions for this, either: a) drop your steyr and fist him! Pick up his saw and mow him down with it, or b) drop a nade on the floor in front of you.

There might not be jets on that map, and if he tried to jump, the time it takes to jump straight upwards would leave him in pieces from the saw.

Get a rambo headband, get 2 secondaries - knife and chainsaw and steyr as primary. Go right, leave the corpse alone ffs. (The corpse disappears before you can do anything. Only clothes are left to the ground.)
