Hey Everyone,
Big update - re-did whole-frontend

My goal is to create a site which connects all my scripts tightly and function together.
So far SLAP has been put in.

I have added alot of suggestions from users and dorkeydear

Features
-Extremely powerful searches (Including RegExp(can be used anytime), map searches, ip searches, etc...)
-Searches are now remembered between Searches
-Search box uncluttered (Advance options hidden)
-Sorting the server list is done by javascript AND includes multi-column sorting (faster and less loading)
-Includes DB stats (No. of servers & players Online / Altogether)
-Recommends Servers to specific users (based on country and number of players)
-Provides Quicklinks (show all servers, show all servers from your country etc..)
-Now lists Battleye protection, Dedicated Server, ASE Enabled and OS used by each server
-Its valid XHTML Strict and CSS (first site I've actually bothered with it  )
-Multi-browser support (Tested on FF 2, 3, Opera, MSIE 7, Konqueror (bit out of line because of konqueror's large rendering of buttons), could be iffy on others... (reply)

This SLAP now boasts on speed and features over the old one. This is done by having the emphasis on searching for servers accurately then having the whole server list load up (frontpage lists top 15 servers). And this is helped by the javascript sorting the table columns to reduce page loads.

I've attached a screenshot cause I think alot of people are overlooking some of the features (or don't know they exist)

SLAP
Quick rundown:
Allows searching by Servers, Players, IP
Using Normal Search or Regular Expressions (RegExp)
Search by Country, Map, Mode (also show how many servers each have eg. CTF (243) servers
And filter Realistic, Survival & Bots (Na/On/Off)

The searches have the possibilty to be very powerful and precise.
eg: Search: 'Major' in Players in Australian server with No Bots

eg: IP Regular Expression Searches allow you the possibilty to search through ranges
123.*.*.* to 124.*.*.53

And much more

wow.. did that link change? im now getting a division by 0 error on that link, but the high ID makes me wonder if its a valid link in the first place

No. It's been removed from DB. (As in offline)
(if you didn't realise, it wasn't dedicated and probably just a server a guy made to play with friends)

Next update I should make that page say server offline.

URL's can be pretty fun to make better. Using apache's mod_rewrite just about anything is possible. Maybe make something like this:

soldathq.com/server/69 where 69 is the id of the server in your mysql database.

Or maybe you could have the server's address (124.233.43.54:23073) in a varchar() be the primary key for your servers table in your mysql database, so what you mentioned would be good performance wise and url readability wise as well.

Yeah, because the lobby is down so the servers don't have any way to attract players. People have memorized the popular ones, like the Elite's websites and IP/Port's, so those will always be full.

But abit more info as to why: I can get player number with ASE BUT that includes bots.. So the servers end up looking like 16 /8 players etc. So atm I'm gettin player and bot numbers from lobby (only possible way of seperating the two)

I hope a bot key will be added to the ASE output in 1.5 so this lobby will be totally unaffected by the Main Lobby when it's down.

Edited SLAP to show total player count (includes bots) until Lobby up again.
