I rarely see any HTF servers, HTF clans (if there are any), or anything. I personally find it fun, but there's no HTF community. Any ideas on why nobody seems to like it?

Yeah, it seems to be pretty dead. I've no idea on why, though. Maybe because it might be difficult to have clan matches / gathers in HTF? Maybe people don't have any interesting scripting ideas for HTF? Well, for whatever the reason, at least bots will always be willing to play with you

on a rare occasion, A clan may host a HTF war instead of CTF.Â I've seen it happen a couple of times, with our AUS clans.

I never actually recall a time where I've played HTF online..

Personally, I dont mind a game with bots every now and then.Â when I set their difficulty to 'Impossible' they actually are a good competition, besides the 100% accuracy and crap, kinda like playing with hackers

Â but yeah, played HTF about a week ago with 32 bots, bloody great fun.

Wrong section. Hold The Flag game mode has nothing to do with modding. Try server discussion.

Almost always empty, but it does get a few kills a day. When it was DM it was almost always full:

Oh man good times had in the forum htf server when it was around. I am a huge fan of HTF but sadly its cursed with no servers.

HTF was never alive. I never really played it because I neither like or dislike it and no one plays, so there is no point.

Nah, Rai-Deiâ€”HTF was definitely stillborn. It's a shame too, because I think it's pretty fun. Occasionally Fractured Events hosts HTF games, and a good number of people usually show up. Hopefully we'll have one again soon.

HTF = Hold The Flag. It's yellow, 2 teams fight to hold it and they get 1 point every 5 seconds for doing so.
Ye, it's pretty fun, I have no idea why it's so dead. To me it's more fun that TW or CTF because there's constant pressure and more teamwork to keep the flag safe.

By the way, Costa, cut down on your sugar intake >_^

I hate the fact that HTF is practically dead. It's one of my favourite modes of play.
I love the feeling of knowing that your the most important player in the game ( if your holding the flag ).
